01 / Origin Story

I paid $12 for that Pendleton at the Goodwill bins. Steamed it, shot it against my bedroom wall, and it sold for $180 in four minutes. That's not luck — that's knowing what the rack is hiding.

How to read
a rack

Bins on Tuesdays. Estate sales Saturday mornings. The route is not the secret — the eye is.

The one that started it

01

Go early. The good stuff is gone by 10am.

02

Feel the weight. Wool, leather, denim — quality has density.

03

Check the seams. Vintage construction doesn't cut corners.

04

Smell it. Cedar means someone cared. Mildew means pass.

One person. A garment steamer. A bedsheet. A phone camera. That's the whole operation.
