How to read
a rack
Bins on Tuesdays. Estate sales Saturday mornings. The route is not the secret — the eye is.
Go early. The good stuff is gone by 10am.
Feel the weight. Wool, leather, denim — quality has density.
Check the seams. Vintage construction doesn't cut corners.
Smell it. Cedar means someone cared. Mildew means pass.
